Personal trainer for body and mindset · Prague

Training starts in your head.

I'm not your ordinary fitness trainer. I'll pass on the mindset I built in the army and in combat sports. Your body can do more than you think. So can your mind.

Your body can do more than you think. Your mind decides whether you find out.

Sport is my life. I've been through combat sports, an elite army unit and the fitness world, and each of them taught me something I now pass on to my clients.

To me, a coach is more than someone who counts reps. A coach has to work with your mind too, explain the movement, watch how you perform it and guide you to keep improving. I want to give you a mentality you'll bring to training and, over time, to your work and your life.

I spent years working in an office, so I know what it's like to sit at a desk all day with your head full of work and no time to spare. That's why I build training that works in everyday life.

What it taught me

  1. Combat sports

    Movement you understand

Complex movements taught me how to explain an exercise so you truly understand it. And how to watch closely while you do it.

  2. Army

    Steel mindset

You don't give up. Your body can do more than you think. I'll build training that delivers results, whatever goal you choose.

  3. Fitness

    The right muscles at work

Technique with free weights and on machines, so every exercise works what it should and you train safely and effectively.

  4. Office

    Training for real life

I know what a desk job and stress do to your body and mind. I'll fit training into your day, not the other way around.

Four steps. One direction.

I combine all of this experience into my own training system. It doesn't copy templates from the internet. It's built on what I've lived through and what works.

  1. 01

    Mind

We set your goal and mindset. Why you train and what you're willing to do for it.

  2. 02

    Movement

I teach you technique. I explain, show and correct. You'll understand what you do and why.

  3. 03

    Performance

We train hard and smart, pushing your limits further than you expect, step by step.

  4. 04

    Life

The discipline and resilience you build in training carry over into your work and everyday life.
